Arriving in Osaka early morning, your journey begins at the majestic Osaka Castle, an iconic symbol of samurai power and Japanese heritage, set within a spacious, peaceful park perfect for a relaxing stroll.
Continue your journey to Nara Deer Park, where over 1,200 friendly deer roam freely in this Shinto-protected site. After breakfast, embark on a scenic ride aboard the famous Shinkansen (bullet train) to Kyoto. Your first stop is the UNESCO-listed Kiyomizu-dera Temple, perched on a hillside with sweeping views of Kyoto. Terms and Conditions
Registration Down Payment is required at IDR 10,000,000 per person plus visa fees (if any). Down Payment is non-refundable for any reason. According to embassy regulations, the visa fee must still be paid even if the visa is not approved and/or rejected by the local embassy. Tour participants will not be able to claim a refund of the aforementioned fees at a later date from the travel agent.
Full payment of the tour fee must be made no later than 30 days (1 month) before the departure date. Failure to fulfill this obligation by the specified deadline will entitle Djiwa Tour to temporarily withhold passports and other travel documents until full payment has been received.
Tour participants must provide a copy passport, valid for at least 8 months from the return date. If there are any revisions or additional names listed on pages 4–5 of the passport, please include those pages as well.
Tour participants aged over 69 years old, or those with physical or mental limitations, are required to be accompanied by a family companion.
If the visa application is denied and/or issued late by the embassy, while the ticket has been issued before the visa application is approved, due to the time limit set by the airline, the visa fee is non-refundable, and the participant will still be subject to cancellation and administrative penalties according to the policies of the airline, hotel, and overseas travel agent representatives. The Tour Participant cannot file any claims regarding visa fees, cancellation fees, or administrative charges and hereby absolves the Travel Agent from any such claims.
Some airlines enforce a strict no-name-change policy. Therefore, any request for name changes is subject to airline approval and booking system limitations. If the changes cannot be accommodated, the case will be treated in accordance with the airline’s refund policy due to personal reasons.
Tour package includes hotel is calculated based on Twin/Triple Sharing for 1 room. There will be additional charge for tour participants who prefer to stay in single room (Single Supplement). For Triple occupancy, the room set up will be based on 1 twin bed room with additional extra bed.
Tour Packages Price including but not limited to, hotel reservations, car rentals, fuel surcharge, activity reservations, restaurant reservations, and Foreign Currency Exchange Rate Fluctuations may change without prior notice. The Travel Agent reserves the right to charge any price difference (if there are increases in the tour price, etc.) to the Tour Participant before departure.
For the sake of convenience and smooth tour operations, Djiwa Tour reserves the right to issue flight tickets, train tickets, other transportation arrangements, accommodations, and entrance tickets to tourist attractions without prior verbal or written confirmation to tour participants who have already submitted their deposit.
Djiwa Tour reserves the right to substitute the listed hotels with other accommodations of equivalent standard in the event that the original hotels are fully booked, based on our discretion and confirmation. If an exhibition or conference is taking place in the cities visited during the tour period, accommodations may be relocated to hotels of similar class in nearby cities.
We strongly recommend that all participants arrange personal and travel insurance that covers accidents, medical emergencies, injury, and loss or damage to personal belongings. The tour operator assumes no liability for any injury, damage, loss, or incident resulting from services provided by third parties, including accommodation, transportation, or other external services. This also applies to events caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as labor strikes, political unrest, adverse weather conditions, or natural disasters. By booking our travel services, the client confirms that they are in good health and medically fit to travel, with no known heart conditions or circulatory disorders. If any medical conditions are present, the client is responsible for consulting a physician and obtaining medical clearance to participate. Please be aware that some tours may be physically demanding and not suitable for individuals with certain health issues.
If the participant cancels, reschedules, or changes the tour route. Please note that any changes to the tour date, time, or itinerary after booking confirmation may incur additional charges. Supplementary costs will depend on the type of booking, the timing of the change, and the terms and conditions set by third-party service providers. The cancellation fee will follow the Travel Agent’s regulations based on the components set by the hotel, activity vendor, restaurant vendor, car rentals, etc.:

• After Registration Date – 61 calendar days before departure: 25% of the tour price
• 60 – 46 calendar days before departure: 50% of the tour price
• 45 – 31 calendar days before departure: 75% of the tour price
• 30 calendar days before departure and No Show: 100% of the tour price
A full refund will be provided if the consortium fails to meet the required minimum number of participants for departure. The wholesaler will notify participants in the event of group cancellation prior to departure. Please note that a group tour may still be canceled at any time—even if its status has been marked as definite—due to various unforeseen circumstances and factors beyond our control.
Tour Participants are not permitted to leave the group while traveling abroad. Should this occur, a penalty of IDR 2,000,000 per person per day will be applied. Tour Participants will be fully responsible for their own safety and belongings during the times of leaving the group, and our agency will not assume any liability for incidents occurring during this time. (If a participant intends to leave the group, a signed statement of consent is required in advance)
In the event that a tour participant is denied immigration clearance, or is found to be involved in criminal activity, document falsification, or any action that clearly violates immigration regulations—either in the country of origin or the destination country—all payments made will be non-refundable.
Flight schedules, particularly for transit flights, are subject to change at any time in accordance with the airline’s policies related to connectivity and operational convenience. The tour itinerary may also be adjusted as necessary to accommodate prevailing conditions, without reducing the overall content or value of the tour program.
The tour program include visits to designated must-go shopping stops. Optional tours are available at an additional charges. Shopping products on the bus also available at an additional charges (local specialty souvenirs). Participation in these activities is entirely voluntary, and there is no obligation or coercion involved.
In the event of Force Majeure/any conditions beyond the Travel Agent’s control, such as natural disasters, strikes, loss, damage, delays in transportation, etc., that may affect the tour program, the changes will be non-refundable. The tour price does not include any additional expenses resulting from Force Majeure events.
