Important Notice :
– This rate offer is not valid for Indonesian passport holders.
– Child rate is only applicable for children between 3 to 12 years old; children under the age of 3 years old are free of charge for the entrance.
– All product types, inclusions, facilities, show presentations, and services are subject to availability and changes in order to maintain an appropriate CHSE (Cleanliness, Health, Safety, Environmental Sustainability) protocol.
– All Package on all period would require booking in advance.
– All Varuna Packages are subject to availability and would require booking in advance.
– Booking code is mandatory prior to arrival at the park.

Booking & Confirmation
Deposit Payment 50% from the total amount is required at the time of booking. A confirmation will be issued once the deposit payment for the booking is received.
Full payment must be made no later than 30 days (1 month) before the departure date.
Rental Duration
Half Day Rental : Maximum of 5 hours.
Full Day Rental : Maximum of 10 hours.
Overtime charges will apply if the rental exceeds the agreed duration : 10% per hour.
Coverage Areas
Coverage area for Hotel pick up and drop off is Kuta, Seminyak, Canggu, Jimbaran, Nusa dua, Sanur areas.
Additional charges may apply for transfers outside the specified areas.
Vehicle Allocation
Vehicle type will be arranged based on the availability within the same class (Standard MPV).
Specific brands or models cannot be guaranteed.
Usage Limitations
The rental is intended for private tours and transfers only.
Not valid for self-drive or use outside of Bali Island.
Itineraries must be discussed and agreed upon in advance with Djiwa Tour and Driver.
Cancellations & Refunds
• After Booking Date : Deposit Payment 50% of the total amount (Non-Refundable)
• 60 – 46 calendar days before rental date : 50% of the total amount
• 45 – 31 calendar days before rental date : 75% of the total amount
• 30 calendar days before departure and No Show : 100% of the total amount
• No refunds will be given for unused hours or early returns.
High Season Surcharge
Prices are subject to change during High Season and Peak Season.
Surcharges may apply on public holidays or during major island events.
Liability
The company is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings.
Rental Fees Sudden Increment
Car rentals, fuel surcharge, and Foreign Currency Exchange Rate Fluctuations are subject to change without prior notice. The Travel Agent reserves the right to charge any price differences resulting from such changes to the car renter before the rental date.
Djiwa Tour reserves the right to substitute the listed vehicle with another vehicle of equivalent class and standard in the event that the originally requested vehicle is unavailable, based on our discretion and confirmation. If a major event, exhibition, or unforeseen circumstance affects vehicle availability during the rental period, the vehicle may be replaced with a similar category vehicle or adjusted accordingly.
Please note that travel insurance is not included in the transportation price. We strongly recommend that all participants arrange personal and travel insurance that covers accidents, medical emergencies, injury, and loss or damage to personal belongings. The tour operator assumes no liability for any injury, damage, loss, or incident resulting from services provided by third parties, including accommodation, transportation, or other external services. This also applies to events caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as labor strikes, political unrest, adverse weather conditions, or natural disasters. By booking our travel services, the client confirms that they are in good health and medically fit to travel, with no known heart conditions or circulatory disorders. If any medical conditions are present, the client is responsible for consulting a physician and obtaining medical clearance to participate. Please be aware that some tours may be physically demanding and not suitable for individuals with certain health issues.
In the event that a tour participant is denied immigration clearance, or is found to be involved in criminal activity, document falsification, or any action that clearly violates immigration regulations—either in the country of origin or the destination country—all payments made will be non-refundable.
In the event of Force Majeure/any conditions beyond the Travel Agent’s control, such as natural disasters, strikes, loss, damage, delays in transportation, etc., that may affect the tour program, the changes will be non-refundable. The tour price does not include any additional expenses resulting from Force Majeure events.
NOTES : By submitting the Deposit Payment to the Travel Agent, you acknowledge that you have understood the above Tour Terms and Conditions.
